One rule most broomball players do not take advantage of is the one which
allows players to use their feet to control the ball.If a player kicks the ball to a teammate, then the play is blown dead. A player can't score by kicking the ball either.
However, players can stop the ball with their feet and then use their stick to pass the ball. Players can also dribble the ball as in soccer and then as the situation warrants, use their stick when necessary.
