Hello Jolls Family - My great-great grandmother was Mercy Mahalia Jolls, grand-daughter of Gardner Jolls and Clarissa Stevens and daughter to Samuel Jolls and Dinah Whitcomb. The story goes that she along with her brother Levi, came west to Iowa (where I now reside) in 1862 in an ox cart. There she met and married my great-great grandfather Peter Lawless. I would very much like to "link" up with any connected kin and if possible gather any photo evidence of the family.
