MRS. KAY D. PATTON

Funeral services for Mrs. Kay D. Patton, 45, Watsontown RD 1, who died at 10:10 am yesterday at Geisinger Medical Center, will be conducted at the St. Joseph Catholic Church at 2 pm tomorrow. The Rev. Joseph Klespis will be in charge and burial will be made in the Watsontown cemetery.

There will be no visitation and the family will provide flowers. The Rosary will be recited at 8 o'clock tonight at the Cronrath Funeral Service, Watsontown.

Mrs. Patton, the widow of Kenneth C. Patton, who was a Watsontown druggist, was a patient in the Geisinger Medical Center for more than four weeks. Her condition has been serious for five weeks.

Born Jan. 9, 1925 in Youngstown, Ohio, she was a daughter of the late Frank T. and Josephine M. Lyons Pickin, formerly of Danville. She moved to Danville from Youngstown and spent her youth there. She lived in Watsontown for 23 years.

Mrs. Patton was a member of the St. Joseph's Catholic Church. She was graduated from Danville High School with the class of 1942.

Surviving are two sons, Wayne and Donn, both at home; five brothers and one sister: William Pickin, Smyrna, Ga.; John, Bloomsburg; Richard, Charles, and Joseph, all of Danville, and Mrs. Elizabeth Pearson, Newport News, Va.

Mrs. Catherine Patton, Watsontown RD 1, widow of Kenneth, died this morning at Geisinger Medical Center following an extended illness.

Arrangements are in charge of the Cronrath Funeral Service, Watsontown, and will be announced tomorrow.
